Shining a light on specific areas of your life in order to fully awaken to your power to create the life you want!

Over 4-weeks we will explore the paradigms of our operating system that have been scripted by outside forces that mold our beliefs, values, and eventually habits that limit our life.. and how to get out of it, and how to stop the cycle.

Understand your ego brain as a malleable machine that you have the opportunity to govern in order to shift those beliefs, concur limiting habits and create your life through conscious and intentional choices.
