September: Illuminated Mind/Spirit

Are you tired of doing the same thing that you've always been doing, which maybe works in some ways and is even possibly celebrated by other people? But on the inside you’re suffering and you feel like can't do this for another minute?

• It’s your time to move into the discovery of why it's so hard for you to say yes to support.

• Discover why you have been so willing to quiet your own needs to meet those of others.

• Discover why you are always the one to show up for other people and be that person in their life, and yet when shit gets real, you once again feel like the lone wolf.

This class is perfect to tackle all the “inhibitors” (aka: we have something perceived as positive: "you're such a strong single mom" and in reality it’s more like “I'm actually a strong single mom because I'm terrified of being disappointed by other people.”)
